  1. I would really be pumped up about South Park The Stick of Truth if it were going to come out on next gen console. I feel like they really missed their chance for greatness by not sneaking the release in a few months before the end of the year. Which I can understand wanting to have the best game possible but if that is the case and delays are pushing it 5 months into next gen consoles being released than push it back more and get it on the new systems. On the other hand I suppose I could get it on PC if I don’t want to have to pull my last gen consoles out of the dumpster just for South Park. I am sure I will love the game, did you ever play the south park tower defense that came out on arcade? I freaking loved that game and would definitely still play it today if I had people to play with and that’s just a live arcade game so I’m sure The Stick of Truth will be kick ass.

    • I have to agree with you completely. I feel the same exact way about Dark Souls 2. The game looks great on the 360 but I can’t help wonder what it would look like on the next gen consoles. The good thing about South Park is the art style can’t be improved with next gen hardware. South Parks art could probably fit on a Nintendo 64 haha. But I agree with the game possibly being hurt from releasing so late in the cycle and next gen taking over. Sales could only be helped but coming to the next gen as well.
